Privacy Policy
Template, not legal advice. Review this against what each game actually collects (analytics, ads, purchases, Game Center, iCloud) before linking it from an app listing. Last updated: .
Dirt Road Games, LLC ("Dirt Road Games", "we", "us") makes mobile games. This policy explains what information our games and this website handle, and the choices you have. It applies to all Dirt Road Games titles unless a game has its own policy linked from its store page.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us, use our contact form, or sign up for news, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
- Game progress. Your progress and settings are stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud or Game Center, Apple stores that data under your Apple Account; we don't receive your Apple ID.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
- Diagnostics. Our games do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track you.
How we use information
- To run the game and keep your progress.
- To answer your messages and support requests.
- To send release news, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep emails and newsletter signups only as long as we need them. To ask us to delete anything we hold about you, email hello@dirtroadgames.com. Deleting a game removes its on-device data; iCloud data can be removed in your device's iCloud settings.
Third-party services
Depending on the game, we may rely on Apple (App Store, Game Center, iCloud), Google (Google Play), and our email provider. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they process.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted in the game or on this site.
